Project MCWC

UPDATE: Below is the details for Project MCWC which is now scrapped. Due to the financial instablility of myself and "Cooper", we are falling back on a new place to live. "Project CC" is the new plan. Check it out.

Project MCWC (Mick-Wick) is the official name of housing myself and three buddies of mine in our own apartment. MCWC means MattCodyWillCooper.

The members of Project MCWC have met and discussed the essentials of living life WITHOUT dependents, i.e. parents or adults who have money. We will all become independent for ourselves. In a way we're still dependent but, only on eachother. That, I believe still counts as us being independent. Currently, the plan is to get a two bedroom townhome at the Presidios Apartments in Clear Lake. I have personally driven by there to get more information on living there.

With our combined finances, we should be able to get a place there and pay for it. And we'd still have money left over. To blow on HDTV's, couches, Boondock Saints on Blu-Ray, editing software, cigarettes and everything in between.

My personal plan for living there is to have a Mac, Final Cut Studio, a full size bed, HDTV, PS3, Xbox 360, internet and a chair that says "DIRECTOR" on the back. Oh, and a sound system so I can blare my movie scores. Yes!

Will Sheffield thinks that things may become unstable once we all move in together. He thinks we will come to resent eachother or something. I re-assured him that we're there to support eachother and have our freedoms, not to bitch and moan. Here's the floorplan:
